Abstract

U radu su obrazloženi razlozi i okolnosti ustrojavanja postrojbe Antiterorističke vojne policije,
njezina ključna uloga u Domovinskom ratu te je prikazan njezin dosadašnji razvoj. Opisane su
zadaće koje postrojba obavlja te se klasificira naoružanje i oprema koja se u tu svrhu primjenjuje.
Identificirani su zakonski okviri u kojima postrojba djeluje. Nadalje, prikazuje se postupak
selekcijske obuke i prijema u postrojbu. Analizira se značaj njezine međugranske, međuresorne i
međunarodne suradnje i procjenjuje perspektiva značaja i daljnjeg razvoja postrojbe
Antiterorističke vojne policije.

Abstract (english)

Task description: In the paper it is necessary to explain the reasons and circumstances of the
formation of the Anti-Terrorist Military Police unit, its key role in the Homeland War, and to
present its development so far. Describe the tasks that the unit performs and classify the weapons
and equipment used for this purpose. To identify the legal frameworks in which the unit operates.
Furthermore, show the procedure of selection training and admission of personnel to the unit. To
analyze the significance of its interbranch, interdepartmental and international cooperation. Assess
the perspective of the importance and further development of the Antiterrorist Military Police unit.
Indicate in the paper the used literature and the obtained assistance.
