Abstract

Rad opisuje temeljne načine izvedbe podkonstrukcije s ciljem nadogradnje osnovnog
podvozja lakog teretnog vozila s dizalicom odgovarajućih karakteristika i teretnim sandukom.
Odabir dizalice s obzirom na potrebe i mogućnosti nosivosti i opterećenja, te izvedbu spajanja
dizalice i sanduka na modeliranu podkonstrukciju. Prikazuje proračun osovinskog opterećenja
vozila i raspored težišta punog i praznog teretnog vozila. Dotiče se konstrukcijskih metoda
modeliranja nadogradnje i mogućnosti odabira odgovarajućeg načina spajanja podkonstrukcije
na šasiju vozila. Sve je potkrijepljeno raznim tehničkim i tvorničkim izvorima i slikovnim
materijalom izrađenog trodimenzionalnog modela napravljenog u programu „Solidworks“.

Abstract (english)

The paper describes the fundamental ways of modeling the substructure with the aim of
upgrading the basic chassis of a light utility truck with a crane of appropriate characteristics and
a cargo box. The selection of the crane with regard to the needs and possibilities of carrying
capacity and load, and the performance of connecting the crane and the box to the modeled
substructure. It shows the calculation of the axle load of the vehicle and the distribution of the
center of gravity of the full and empty truck. Depicts the construction methods of modeling the
upgrade and the possibility of choosing the appropriate way of connecting the substructure to the
vehicle chassis. Everything is supported by various technical and industrial producer sources and
pictorial material of a three-dimensional model created in the "Solidworks" program.
