Abstract

U radu su pokazani uvjeti koji su doveli do stvaranja i načini na koji se stvorila nova kategorija
vojnog osoblja kroz samu promjenu načina i oblika ratovanja. Prikazani su primjenjivost i
poželjnost vojnih specijalista na pojedinim dužnostima te kako se gledaju u odnosu na druge
kategorije osoblja; njihov profesionalni razvoj i mogućnost napretka kroz glavne faze razvoja
karijere u OSRH. Pokazana su i ustrojbena mjesta i njihove uloge te specifičnosti zadaća kojima
se bave u OSRH. Metodom komparativne analize referiralo se na glavne sličnosti i razlike sa
srodnim kategorijama osoblja u drugim vojskama te kako druge vojske rade na njihovom
razvoju.

Abstract (english)

The paper shows the conditions that led to the creation and the ways in which a new category of
military personnel was created through the very change of ways and forms of warfare. The
applicability and desirability of military specialists in certain duties and how they are viewed in
relation to other categories of personnel. Their professional development and the possibility of
progress through the main stages of career development in the CAF. The organizational positions
and their roles and the specifics of the tasks they deal with in the CAF are also shown. The
method of comparative analysis mentioned and referred to the main similarities and differences
with related categories of personnel in other armies and how other armies work on their
development.
