Abstract

U ovome radu pisati će se o ozljedama koljena. Objasniti će se sama anatomija koljenog zgloba,
od čega se sve sastoji te kako funkcionira. Nadalje, opisati će se mehanizam nastanka ozljede
pojedinog dijela i kojim metodama ili testovima se dijagnosticira. Potom slijedi opisivanje
postupka liječenja i fizikalnih terapija te rehabilitacije. U rehabilitaciji će se dati primjer
programa i vježbi koje osoba prolazi nakon traumatskog događaja. Na kraju je potrebno opisati
kako to utječe na život i rad profesionalnog vojnika te neke inačice opreme za smanjenje rizika.

Abstract (english)

In this paper the topic will be knee injuries. Anatomy of the knee joint, everything it consists of
and how it functions in daily basis will be elaborated. Moreover, it will describe the origin of
injuries of every part and which methods or tests are used to diagnose them. Subsequently,
procedure of treatment and physical therapy will be described as well as rehabilitation.
Afterwards, this paper will show an example of rehabilitation program and exercises which an
athlete goes through after his traumatic experience. Last chapter will talk about how those
injuries affect life and work of a professional soldier and gear that helps them.
