Abstract

Glavni korak u modernizaciji Oružanih snaga Republike Hrvatske i roda topništva bio je nabava
njemačkih haubica PzH2000 155 mm. Ovim potezom zadovoljene su potrebe Oružanih snaga za
nabavom topničkih sustava koji mogu pružiti indirektnu vatrenu potporu i upotrijebiti precizno
vođeno streljivo, kao i ispuniti jedan od preuzetih Ciljeva sposobnosti NATO-a. Upotrebom
streljiva posebne namjene unapređuje se kvaliteta cijelog topničkog sustava. To se posebno
odnosi na povećani domet, preciznost streljiva, razornu moć na cilj, olakšani sustav logistike.
No, svakako treba napomenuti da je veliki nedostatak pametnog streljiva njihova cijena. Uz
projektile, u radu je predložena i modernizacija satnijskog tima prednjih topničkih motritelja koji
bi upotrebom bespilotnih sustava imali veći domet motrenja i izviđanja ciljeva.

Abstract (english)

The main step in the modernization of the Croatian Armed Forces and artillery was the
procurement of German howitzers PzH2000 155 mm. This move met the needs of the Armed
Forces for the procurement of artillery systems that can provide indirect fire support and use
precision-guided ammunition, as well as meet one of the assumed NATO Capabilities
Objectives. The use of special ammunition improves the quality of the entire artillery system.
This applies particularly in increased range, precision of ammunition, destructive power at the
target, facilitated logistics system. However, it should be noted that the big disadvantage of smart
ammunition is their price. In addition to projectiles, this paper also proposes the modernization
of the team of front artillery observers, which would have a greater range of observation and
reconnaissance of targets by using unmanned systems.
